The Montblanc Majlis by Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai is an invitation to step into a setting where tradition and refinement exist in quiet harmony. Thoughtfully composed, the space brings together the region’s cultural heritage with Montblanc’s signature craftsmanship.
As the evening continues, the majlis shifts into a different rhythm for Suhour. The setting becomes quieter, the conversations more intimate, accompanied by the resonant tones of a live oud performance.

Designed by Ninive’s award-winning team, the menu is a study in depth and restraint. Starters such as Red Mullet Shorba, Baba Ganoush, and Sweet Pepper Muhammara offer a foundation of rich yet delicate flavors. The main courses follow a precise rhythm, featuring Seabream Tangine, Braised Lamb Shoulder Tashreeb, and Chicken Musakhan, alongside live stations serving grilled meats and seafood. A final selection of desserts, including Sticky Date Pudding, Cheese Kunafa, and traditional sweets, brings the meal to a measured close.
Shared dishes for Suhour — Flavored Feta Salad, Wagyu Beef Skewers, and Couscous Royal—allow for a dining experience that is both generous and composed.
