Sofitel reimagines the classic croissant with a poetic new twist: introducing La Haute Croissanterie Blossoms, a limited-edition collection available in seven Sofitel properties worldwide.

Inspired by native flowers and crafted by pastry chefs from Paris to Seoul, each croissant from La Haute Croissanterie Blossoms collection pays tribute to local culture through layered flavor and floral storytelling. From the rhubarb-verbena notes of Paris to the saffron-laced creation at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, the experience brings French pastry craftsmanship into vivid dialogue with global ingredients.

The initiative follows last year’s successful debut of La Haute Croissanterie, elevating the croissant to haute couture status with precise technique, regional character, and sensory detail. This year’s edition blossoms with floral themes, offering creations like the Wild Hibiscus in Cotonou and the Cherry Blossom croissant in Seoul. In Dubai, saffron meets pistachio sponge and crème brûlée for a richly layered homage to Middle Eastern luxury.
