From Monday to Friday, Sky High Aperitivo unfolds on Level 54 as a calm, golden-hour escape. A considered drinks list brings together the brightness of a Cucumber Spritz, the fruit-forward ease of a Bellini, and the depth of a classic Negroni — each accompanied by refined bites like Crab Tacos, Salmon Avocado Maki with mint mascarpone, or Wagyu Beef Skewers. It’s a quiet celebration of view, flavour, and time well spent.
On April 20th, the rhythm shifts to celebration as the Sky High Easter Brunch takes over the space with a MICHELIN-approved culinary journey, live entertainment, and curated desserts crafted just for the occasion. With the Dubai skyline as its backdrop, the afternoon becomes a layered experience — vibrant but never overwhelming.
