Inspired by the power of volcanoes, Hermès introduces Terre d’Hermès Eau de Parfum Intense, a fragrance that captures the heat, mineral depth, and raw strength of nature. This bold new interpretation transforms the iconic scent into an expression of fire rising from the depths, blending fresh bergamot with burning wood, lava stone, and rich notes of coffee and liquorice. It is a fragrance that feels alive, pulsing with energy and contrast.
"For this new chapter of Terre d’Hermès, I wanted to express a different facet of the Earth—the raging heat of an underground fire rising forcefully to the surface." — Christine Nagel, Creative Director of Hermès Perfumes

Designed by Philippe Mouquet, the bottle mirrors the intensity of the scent itself. The deep red-brown lacquer finish evokes molten rock, while the matte black cap, stamped with the Hermès saddle nail, recalls solidified lava. Reflecting Hermès’ commitment to sustainability, the bottle is refillable and made from recyclable glass and aluminum, ensuring it remains as enduring as the elements that inspired it.
