Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has announced its latest and most ambitious project yet: a resort and residential enclave set to rise on a private island in Abu Dhabi by 2030. The development, created in partnership with Eagle Hills, promises not only a secluded escape but a reimagined expression of urban coastal living.
The island, shaped like a horseshoe and offering sunset views on one side and the Presidential Palace on the other, will host a curated blend of spaces — 60 rooms and suites, 30 beachfront villas, and 90 private mansions.
While marine activities and a state-of-the-art Yacht Club define the lifestyle offering, the architecture by ACPV Architects (Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel) and landscaping by LAND SRL shape a new language of luxury—glass and gold, dunes and gardens, all speaking to the region’s culture and rhythm.
