While the rest of Dubai swelters in the midsummer sun, BRIX Café is serving up snowfall, Swiss-inspired desserts, and a reason to linger indoors. Helmed by World’s 50 Best Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernández, the beloved harbour-side dessert destination has transformed into a wintry escape dubbed Davos in Dubai—a seasonal concept inspired by the café’s recent showcase at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland.
The special menu invites guests into a world of alpine indulgence: coconut nitro snow melting over a lychee-strawberry core, truffle mousse light as fog, and chocolate on the rocks, evoking both a cocktail and a ski-lodge mood.
Even the drinks follow the chill narrative: a cold brew laced with Liwa dates and spice, a hibiscus-grapefruit spritz named The Ghaf, and a cheeky take on iced hot chocolate. For those looking to immerse fully, the café’s Experiences Menu offers curated dessert journeys that combine plated sweets, a house-made drink, and savoury accents into one refined moment.
